Information we receive
- Account details such as an email address, profile name, and authentication information.
- Information you choose to enter about routines, goals, reflections, and other private practice content.
- Device, diagnostic, notification, and listening information needed to operate and improve the service.
- Your phone number, SMS consent status, message history, and opt-out status if you enable SMS reminders.
- Messages or support requests you send to us.
How we use information
We use information to provide the service you request, authenticate your account, deliver reminders and notifications, respond to support requests, protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell personal information or use SMS consent to send third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and communications providers, including Cloudflare for hosting and our messaging provider for SMS delivery. These providers may process information only to provide services to Dutchworks. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own advertising.
Choices and retention
You may turn off reminders in the product, reply STOP to SMS messages, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid entering information you do not want transmitted or stored.
